Developing Readers at Encourage Online Academy 4th - 8th

Developing Readers Novel Study Options for students in grades 4th - 8th for the school year 2025-2026.

Here is the novel study list for students in grades 4 through 8. At Encourage Online Academy, we believe that reading full-length books is the best way to teach reading skills to children. This approach encourages them to pick up books on their own and equips them with the necessary skills to read entire books outside of school.

We also find that when students have the freedom to choose, they are more likely to explore books and expand their horizons.

If your child has a book they have been wanting to read that is NOT on the list, please reach out to our teachers. They may be able to accommodate that choice if we know they are interested.

At Encourage Online Academy, we believe in developing readers whenever we can.
