As a school dedicated to serving children of low-income families, our mission is to help students become more self-sufficient, dream big, and understand that learning is a lifelong journey.

Our vision at Encourage Online Academy is to support the whole self of each student - nurturing the dreamer, the innovator, and the lifelong learner within them. We are committed to providing stability and quality education to underserved children, including those who are homeless, in foster care, or in need of a consistent educational environment.

Our school aims to help students master fundamental skills to excel in any classroom setting. We prioritize student understanding and mastery over the mere completion of worksheets and homework. Students at Encourage Online Academy are assessed based on their demonstration of mastery and knowledge, with categories of approaching standards, meeting standards, and exceeding standards.
