Updates for Encourage Online Academy School Year 2025/2026

We want to share some important updates regarding Encourage Online Academy for the upcoming school year:

Self-paced classes will be available for specific grade levels and students who have shown they can work independently. Students will be required to attend weekly or daily check-ins with their teacher. Students can access live classes throughout the day to ask questions.
The bell schedule has been revised for all grade levels. Please review the schedules on the blog link. All students will receive the new schedule closer to the start of the school year.
Our novel studies options have expanded; please check the relevant blog for details.
Elective options have also increased.
There will be more fundraising opportunities.
Additional field trips and online social interactions will be available.
Students in grades 9-12 will receive career guidance from the principal/5-12 teacher.
